The short version: we collect your email address and what you bought. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything other than delivering your purchase and emailing you about it. You can leave at any time in one click.
What we collect
- Email address — to deliver your purchase and contact you about it
- Purchase record — which tier you bought and when
- Age confirmation — that you confirmed you are 18 or older
- Basic analytics — pages visited, in aggregate
What we do not collect
We never receive your card details. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe; your card number does not pass through or get stored on our systems.
We do not ask for, collect, or store any health information about you. We do not know why you bought this and we do not want to.
How we use it
- To deliver the product you paid for
- To email you about your purchase, and about related products
- To handle support requests

Who we share it with
Only the services required to operate:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Our email provider — sending email
- Our hosting provider — serving the site
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Given the subject matter, that matters more than usual, and we treat it that way.
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, honoured immediately. You can also reply and ask to be removed.
Your rights
Write to measuredprotocolusa@gmail.com to request a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days. Note that Stripe retains transaction records independently, as required by financial regulation.
Retention
Email and purchase records are kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting purposes. Unsubscribing removes you from mailings; ask for deletion if you want the record removed entirely.
Cookies
The site uses the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies so we can tell which ads lead to purchases. It records page visits and purchase events, never the contents of what you bought, and it doesn't run if your browser sends Do Not Track. You can also block it with any standard ad or tracker blocker.
